Fiecom ("we", "us", "our") operates the platform at fiecom.com. We act as the data controller for personal data we collect about you.
2. What data we collect
Account data: name, email, password (hashed).
Usage data: pages visited, features used, prompts entered, credits consumed.
Payment data: processed by Stripe — we do not store card details.
Uploaded content: files, images, logos, and brand assets you upload.
Communications: support messages and email correspondence.
Technical data: IP, browser type, device type, cookies and similar identifiers.
3. How we use your data
Provide, operate, and improve the Fiecom platform.
Process payments and manage subscriptions.
Send transactional emails (receipts, account alerts).
Respond to support requests.
Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
Analyse aggregate usage to improve the service.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data under: contract performance, our legitimate interests (platform security, fraud prevention, product improvement), legal obligation, and consent where required.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. After account deletion, personal data is deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records for up to 7 years).
6. Sub-processors and third parties
Stripe — payment processing.
Ecologi — tree planting (we share only aggregate subscription counts, no personal data).
Infrastructure providers — hosting and cloud storage.
AI model providers — to generate website outputs. Prompts and assets you submit may be processed by these providers solely to deliver the service.
