This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to anyone using Fiecom. By using the Service you agree not to engage in any of the following.
1. Illegal or harmful content
Content that is illegal under any applicable law.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content that exploits or harms minors.
Content that incites violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
Hateful content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, defamation, or harassment.
2. Intellectual property
Uploading content you do not have the rights to use.
Generating content designed to infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other IP rights.
Impersonating other individuals or brands without authorisation.
3. Security & integrity
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or third-party systems.
Probing, scanning, scraping, or testing for vulnerabilities without written permission.
Distributing malware, phishing pages, or other malicious code.
Interfering with or overloading the Service (e.g. DDoS, excessive automated requests).
Bypassing or attempting to bypass rate limits, credits, or other access controls.
4. Deception & fraud
Creating sites for phishing, scams, fake stores, or fraudulent investments.
Generating deepfakes intended to deceive or defame.
Misrepresenting AI-generated content as human-made where disclosure is required by law.
5. Commercial restrictions
Reselling Fiecom credits or access without our written permission.
Using the Service to build a competing AI website generation product.
6. Reporting violations
To report a violation, email abuse@fiecom.com with details and any relevant URLs or evidence.
7. Enforcement
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove offending content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities. We are not liable for any losses arising from such enforcement actions.
